If you are an avid player of any sport or a fervent fan of memorabilia for your respective team then Sweetllamb is your go to website.
Sydney FC’s dynamic midfielder Brandon O’Neill and now entrepreneur has recently started his new business venture called Sweetllamb, which in its entirety is a website for buying and selling used or unwanted boots or runners for cash. Talking to Brandon about the inspiration behind the website, he outlined that nationally there is no distinctive site like this. The idea simply came about from tidying his house he said, and stumbling upon countless pairs of boots for which he had no use for.
A brilliant element to the website is the professional athlete auctions. Through an abundance of connections, each month Sweetllamb will place a professional athletes boots up for auction, with all proceeds going straight to The Royal Children’s Hospital and The John Moriarty Foundation. For the month of August, captain Alex Brosque’s signed boots from the 2016/17 finals series. A cracking piece of memorabilia!
The website has been up and running for just over a week now and is growing everyday with more and more people realising the ease to sell old boots and the ease to buy top quality boots at a fraction of the price. Simply pick a category of ad (bronze, silver or gold), create the ad, connect with the buyers and sell your boots. It’s that easy!
With numerous partners and growing active users, Sweetllamb has got the potential to grow at a rapid rate and take the Aussie boot market by storm.
